Feed End

The belted feeder provides maximum surface area for exceptional accuracy. Automatic setup and variable stroke make operation seamless, and the fully independent servo-driven axes offer robust performance. Options include skip feed (12.29), and predictive setup (9.25)

Print Units

Set-while-run, dryer-ready, top print units are easily set up with a quick 鈥渢oolless鈥� printing plate mounting system and auto plate locking system. The belt transfer separates for ease of housekeeping and replacement, and a carbon fiber chambered doctor blade system offers excellent ink control.

Slotter

Four shaft slotter creates a center slot on two-up boxes to integrate seamlessly with the Twin Box Slitter.

Die Cutter

We proudly offer the heaviest duty precision die cutter available on a Flexo Folder Gluer. This servo-driven, bottom die cut with an anvil drum, and SHARK anvil trimmer with optional mechanical scrap ejection system.

Scrap Handling Unit

Our dedicated scrap removal unit features vacuum belted transfer to offer better scrap removal with air-assist, ensuring a scrap-free folding section.

Folder

Our impressive downfold section uses independently driven vacuum belts for sheet transport and fold-assist lower blowers to support smooth and precise folds. Key belts aid in folding.

Counter Ejector

By integrating the folder delivery directly into the hopper, we鈥檝e eliminated the need for an infeed roll, whips and pusher, which reduces potential jams at high speed. A full-width bottom conveyor improves bundle handling, and hold-down blowers add stability.

HMI

Our user-friendly, space-saving, flexible-arm HMI features a full HD Windows touchscreen with multi-touch functionality. Advanced intuitive diagnostics offer operational insight, and pre-programmed manuals support operation and maintenance tasks.
